New Patients Welcome
Confidental Clinic is a very friendly practice and most of our staff have worked together for many years. All our team especially our receptionist Delphine and Lisa warmly welcome any patient old or new. The friendly atmosphere will put you at easy immediately.
We would firstly ask you to answer a medical history form which includes you personal information including your address and date of birth. We use this information to enter you detail onto our computer system to enable us to schedule an appointment. All our systems are data protected.
The first appointment is for half an hour to allow the dentist to carry out a full dental examination and the time to discuss patients need and the treatments we can offer. For some specific treatments the consultation is free of charge.
Once a patient is completely informed and happy with the proposed treatment plan a consent form would be signed by the patient in acceptance of the plan. This does not mean a plan cannot be changed to suit patient needs such as starting whitening treatment at the end of a course of current treatment or deciding to have a white filling instead of the planned amalgam filling.
Our reception team are very knowledgeable about all the treatments we offer so most questions and queries about joining the practice and the treatments we offer can be answered at your first visit or first telephone call to the practice. We offer first class care and treatment.
Our aim is to make patients feel good about their smile.

- Tuesday 08:30 - 18:00
- Wednesday 08:30 - 18:00
- Thursday 08:30 - 18:00
- Friday 8.30 to 17.00

Please call the practice or use the website contact form to make an appointment with us.
The practice makes every effort to inform our patients of their scheduled appointments. We send text messages to patients 2 days before reminding them of their appointment to allow time for patients to reschedule if necessary.
In return we ask patients to give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment so their time slot can be offered to other patient either from our waiting list or more importantly to patients in pain.
Unfortunately private patients who fail to attend without giving notice will incur a failure to attend fee especially if the appointment scheduled is for a long period of time.
In line with NHS guidelines NHS patients can be refused further treatment with the practice if they have failed 2 appointments without giving any notice they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment.
Arriving late for an appointment is also classed as a failure to attend. This is because the dentist has set times for specific treatment and any delay in starting on time will make the dentist late for the next patient’s appointment and not enough time left to complete the patient who is late treatment.
When patients are making a Hygienist appointment we do take a deposit of £20 part of the cost of hygiene treatment. If the patient then goes on to fail their appointment the deposit is lost.
Our policy on cancellations is very precise in its terms. Keeping to this policy is one of the systems we have set in place maintain the smooth running of the appointment system.
We thank all patients for their co-operation
